Jessica Warren is the mother of Carla Warren, Walter's old lab assistant.
Once Walter was freed from St. Claire's, Jessica attempts to meet with Walter, but is initially blocked by Peter who fears that Walter is not stable enough to handle the encounter with the mother of the assistant who's death he is partially responsible for.
Jessica and Walter eventually meet, and end up simply reminiscing about Carla and her many virtues as a person.
