Carla Warren was the assistant of Walter Bishop. She tried to convince Walter not to cross over to the Alternate Universe but was unsuccessful. ("Peter") She died in a fire in the lab in 1991 when she was trying to burn a book of Walter's work which his former more corrupt self had written. Walter was charged with manslaughter and sent to St. Claire's. ("Pilot") In 2036, when Walter took black blotter in fear of becoming the man he used to be and he saw visions of her.("Black Blotter")
